NO MATTER haw you slice it, or whe is left with the
biggest slice of B.C.'s land, the native land claims process
will undoubtedly leave sume asking for more. Those mem-
bers of the public who are reluctant to concede any land
favor cash in lieu. And traditional territory claimed by
native bands everfap: land declared by the Burrard band
(Tsleil-Waututh) as traditional territory, for example, cums
from Horseshoe Bay to Port Moody and overlaps claims by
the Squamish, Musquexm and Coquitlam bands. It is early
in the game: a decision on land claims is probably years
away, fuelling speculation and aggrayating all concerned,
