BROWN = William Edward, passed away
peacefully on November 24, 1993 in his
84th year. He is sadly missed by his lov-
ing wife Miriam, daughter Shirley and
husband Peter, 2 grandchildren Kimbes-
ty and Blair. A memorial service will be
held on Thursday, November 28 at
1:30pm at the North Lonsdale United
Church, 3380 Lonsdale, North Van-
couver. In lieu of flowers, any donations
made to the Canadian Cancer Society
would be greatly appreciated.

SPEERS - John (Poppa), long time resi-
dent of North Vancouver, passed away
peacefully at Lions Gate Hospital Friday,
November 22, 1991. Born in Selfast,
Ireland, March t. 1907. Predeceased by
