FEDERAL FUNDING call THE FEDERAL government will help a new Vancouver-based design house dress U.S. businesswomen. Noble House Enterprises inc. will receive a $20,000 repayable contribution to market and pro- mote a line of dresses in the U.S.. Total costs of the project’ are estimated at $45,000. The design and manufacturing company identified a market for affordatlie, good quality dresses and created the Owen Kent line to meet the eed. The dresses are designed to appeal to career women who demand well- constructed clothing in classic stvles. Noble House plans to establish sales representatives in the U.S. who will promote the Owen Kent line to boutiques und shops in Seattle, Los Angeles, San Fran- cisco, New York and Chicago.
