out of them.

You need to plan a little to have
that 90 minutes to yourself for
mental sorting out. Can you stop
for a cup of tea on the way home
or walk a few bus stops, getting a
litle exercise while emptying the
brain?

If he barges into your head be-
fore you are ready, have you a
preven phrase for stalling him off?
Something that tells him he
deserves a polite refusal, not a
snarl, but you really do need this
time to yourself?
