Cypress Bowl Road accidents send six to LGH

coming car. The woman was
thrown from the truck on impact.

The driver of the truck and four
people in the second vehicle were
also sent to LGH. They were later
released. But the 16-year-old

The accident is under investiza-
tion and the police are considering
charges.

According to investigators there
was no ice or snow on the road
surface, but conditions were wet
at the time of the accident.

About four hours later, a car
ran off the road at the tight curve.

The vehicle struck a past, flip-
ped over and struck a iree. The
driver, a 17-year-old Port Co-
quitlam man, received lacerations
and sustained a neck injury. He
was Uansported to Lions Gate
Hospital.

A passenger in the car, also a
17-year-old Port Coquitlam man,
was not seriously hurt. The vehi-
