Poet gives reading

LOCAL POET Dale Zieroth will
read from his new and published
poems on Saturday, March 24, at
the North Shore’s newest
bookstore, Westernesse, located at
152 West 15th Street in North
Vancouver.

Zieroth was born in 1946 and
raised on a farm near Neepawa,

writing at Douglas College where
he is also editor of Event, a literary
journal featuring new and estab-
lished writers.

Zieroth’s poems have been
published in a number of an-
thologies in “Canada and
