Local photographers Robert Blake and Alex Waterhouse- Hayward have just opened a very unique exhibition of their works, in an equally unusual spot. It’s the Photographer's Gallery, hidden away around the corner off Hornby, in the Hong Kong Bank Building, the tall brick building with the distinctive ‘“‘bow-tie’’ in- signia perched atop its roof. It's Robert’s first exhibition work in color and Alex has discovered that women look great in water. He's showing 16 different women posin in — bathtubs! before you think it’s some son vot liquid peepshow, let_ me assure you that it’s not. In fact, one of the 16 models was Alex's daughter and hers was the first picture to sell! One of the other art works is en- titled “Mother and Child,’’ and it features Colleen Louise Hughes of North Van and her five-month-old son Mitchell Chase Hughes.
