During National Physiotherapy
Week, March 15 to 21, attention
will be focused on preventative
health care.

That means taking the time to
build .up a fitness routine gradu-
ally, making sure the shoes fit, and
stretching and warming up before
getting into any sporting activity.

But mest of all it means getting
out and exercising.

The Canadian Physiotherapy
Association is sponsoring this
campaign to let the public know
about its role in health care.

Physiotherapists treat physical
injuries without using drugs.
Techniques include massage, exer-
cise, electrotherapy.
