Canucks shoot for chari

CANUCK team captain Stan Smy!
is asking people to join the
Canucks for an Executive Skate-
a-thon at the Pacific Coliseum,
March 2, from 2 til 5 p.m.

The Skate salutes Expo 86 while
supporting the B.C. Lions Society
for Crippled Children and the
hockey club’s charitable fund, the
Vancouver Canuck Foundation.

Smyl is soliciting all hockey fans
over the age of 19 to get together
and make up teams of five people
each.

Executive Skate organizers are
confident that each team can raise
$1,000 in pledges ($200 per skater).
