African rhythm

KING SUNNY ADE made its second Vancouver
appearance Wednesday Night at the University of
British Columbia to a sold out crowd that loved the
African beat of the 17-piece band. The warm-up
band was Black Uhuru, with well known musicians
Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare on bass and
drums. As the night progressed, the audience was
dancing and swaying to the rhythmic sounds of the
concert.
