NOTICE tS GIVEN that a Public Meeting will be
held at the Municipal Hall, 750-17th Street, West
_ Vancouver, B.C. on Monday, 1981 September 14, at
8:00 p.m. concerning the following:

Applicant Bay Beach Towers Ltd

Location . 2203-2231 Bellevue Avenue
(Lots 5-8, Subdivision D of
Block 5, Plan 5031, and Lots
F-H, Subdivision 20 of Block
4, Plan 4468, all of East 100
Acres, District Lot 5541)

Intent: To develop a 56-suite 20-
storey apartment building
under requirements of the

R.M.2 Zone regulations.

and Planning, Municipal Hall

A copy of the proposed Development Permit
may be inspected at the Municipal Hall on regular
business days between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and
4:30 p.m. Written submissions are requested to be
submitted to the Municipal Clerk prior to 3:00 p.m,
September 14, and will be read at the Meeting

Submissions received after the close of the
Public Meeting will not be considered by Council.
