can’t catch up to him.

The gang’s system centres
around the. rigging of. a
cylinder ‘in the roulette
wheel which turns up their
winning numbers. Their
secret has been to lay down a
lot of money, grab off a big,
fast payoff and then run.

The international police
force known as Interpol is
investigating reports of

similar modus operandi at

gambling casinos in
Yugoslavia and as far away
as South Africa and South
America.
