ment. He looks for visual clues:

cal wiring is not up to code...”
He'll go inside as well, check-
ing the furnace, the attic, the
electrical and plumbing  sys-
tems, filling cut his report as he
goes. He'll make his client
aware of any safety hazards or
necessary repairs, from adding
a light bulb in a stairwell to a
complete electrical overhaul.
