‘The travelling public is advised that the third and final ‘traffic pattern
‘change will begin during the week of July 15;-1996 as Phase Three
of the project begins. During the next three weeks bridge traffic: will

- flow as shown:

“The Ministry of Transportation and Highways encourages people to
"look for signs which will ead you through the new: traffic pattern and
to drive carefully through the construction zone.

. Sidewalk users are advised that during Phase Three of the project,
the west sidewalk will be closed. Cyclists going downhill should yield
to pedestrians and other cyclists going uphill, while using the east
sidewalk during the next three weeks.

- VEHICLES WITH 2 + PEOPLE CAN USE PROJECT | EXPRESS LANES
‘ Vehicles with two.or more people are now able to use Second
* Narrows Bridge Express Lanes. The Ministry encourages you to dea
part of the solution: save time and minimize delays by forming
carpools, taking transit, and travelling during non-peak hours.
