Before Judge Douglas Campbell in North Vancouver provincial court on March 20: Valtko Walter Stipic, 49, ‘of Vancouver, was fined $500 after he pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on. the Trans- Canada Highway in North Vancouver District on Nov. 2, 1993. Before Judge Bill Rodgers in North Vancouver provincial court on March 15: Edward Brian Paul, 25, of North Vancouver, received 12 months’ pro- bation after he pleaded guilty to the break, enter and theft of a business in the 1600-block of Marine Drive on July 14, 1994, in North Vancouver City. Paul was required to perform 50 hours of community work service. He was to pay $100 restitution to Capilano Glass and Screens Ltd.
