ROAD EXCHANGE BYLAW NO. 4373, 1999

(Whitby Estates Area - to dispose of a portidn of highway in exchange for
lands necessary for highway purposes)

Pursuant to s.535 of the Municipal Act, Notice is hereby given that
Council intends to consider adoption of “Road Exchange Bylaw No.
4173, 1999” (which provides for the exchange of current unopened road
allowances for other road allowances which will, in turn allow the dedi-
cation of school and park lands, and the payment of $3.28 miflion to the
District for parts of the road and other municipal lands) at the meeting of
Council to be held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, 1999 July 05 in the Municipal

Hall Council Chamber.

The purpose of Road Exchange Bylaw No. 4173, 1999 is to enable the
inclusion of the unopened road allowances in the Whitby Estates area in :
the overall subdivision plan. This is related to final approval of develop-

ment, the sale of municipal lands and the dedication of other lands to the
District, within the British Properties Area.

extensive to list herein), and other related information may be inspected in

except for statutory holidays) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30
