council making concessions for
businesses on this property. .”

“$ can't help but feel frustrated
when | hear council members talk-
éng about fairness and flexibility,
but. also that industrial ‘land is
nearly sacred,"’ said : Braithwaite.

the former council, voted to rezone
part of the industrial-zoned land of
Park and Tilford for commercial
use.
