where a parent reported her
son and his friend were kid-

finally dropped them off at

night meeting that his com-
pany must build another
sound stage to remain com-
petitive since a rival company
1s building a new studio in
the Grandview and
Boundary Road area within
the next 12 to 13 months.
“In order for us to remain

sible site on Sunrise Park for
a parking lot, he said, and to
establish a value for monc-
tary or other compensation
in exchange for the use of
the lot.

Leitch assured council
that he would work with
city staff to discuss building
the parking lot in such a way
that it could be turned into
a park-related site, such as as
soceer feld, after the nvo-
year lease period.
