The bartenders, all Tom Cruise fans, engage in “performance barten- ding,” and cail themselves “gods of bartending.” They also boast a record — no other bar has stacked 122 shooters. Nice to see them enjoy- ing their jobs... The band, Dr. Strangelove, headed up by North Van's Chris Trigg, was great, and the huge crowd, which included punkers as well as QCs, partied well into the night. There were a few notable faces — North Van‘s Tara Rimmer, there with West Van's Matt Bunten; and Canadian Rugby Team members Norm Hadley, Glen Ennis and Eddie Evans.
