Safeway store for the duration of his probation. want Jason Blair Vandal received a conditional discharge and six months probation after the 19- year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to theft under $1,000 in connection with an Aug. 4 theft of liquor. As a condition of his probation, Vandal was also ordered to pay $107.50 in compensation and complete 30 hours community ser- vice. Before Judge J.B. Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court on Oct. 24: Christopher George Lowden received a suspended sentence and nine months probation after the 19-year-old North Vancouver man was found guilty of possession of cannabis in connection with a Jan. 2A drug seizure.
