face various charges laid against
them.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Oct. 27:

Derek Eynon received a condi-
tional discharge and six months
probation after the 47-year-old
North Vancouver man_ pleaded
guilty to making repeated tele-
phone calls with intent to harass
between March 21 and June 10.

As a condition of his probation,

Eynon must have no contact with

the complainant.

North Vancouver provincial court

on Oct. 26: ‘

Alwin Wesley Boyea was fined
$150 after the 38-year-old Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to
assault of a woman in connection
with an Oct. 16 incident.

Joseph Paul Dalton received a
suspended sentence and one year
probation after the 41-year-old
North Vancouver man _ pleaded
guilty to possession of narcotics
for the purpose o* trafficking in
connection with a May 24 drug
seizure.

As a condition of his probation,
Dalton was ordered to complete 40
hours of community work service.

Randall Eistetter was fined $300
after the 30-year-old North Van-
couver man was found guilty of
failing to notify the owner of an

unattended vehicle after Eistetter

Dec. 5, 1988.

on Oct. 25:

Gerald Mills Brewster received a
$100 fine and four months proba-
tion after the 39-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
theft under $1,000 in connection
with a Sept. 22 incident.

Brewster was also ordered to
stay off the premises of any B.C.
Safeway store for the duration of
his probation.

Jason Blair Vandal received a
conditional discharge and six
months probation after the 19-
year-old North Vancouver man
pleaded guilty to theft under
$1,000 in connection with an Aug.
4 theft of liquor.

As a condition of his probation,
Vandal was also ordered to pay
$107.50 in compensation and
complete 30 hours community ser-
vice.

Before Judge J.B. Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Oct. 24:

Christopher George Lowden
received a suspended sentence and
nine months probation after the
19-year-old North Vancouver man
was found guilty of possession of
cannabis in connection with a Jan.
2A drug seizure.

In addition, Lowden pleaded
guilty to failing to appear for a Ju-
ly 12 court date.

ou Oct. 23:

Leah Gordon received a condi-
tional discharge and six months
probation after the 18-year-old
woman was found guilty of
possession of cannabis in connec-
tion with a July 23 drug seizure.

Philip Milton Boudreau was fin-
ed $300 after the 23-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
driving while prohibited by a court
order in connection with a June 24
incident.

Boudreau also had his driver’s
licence suspended for one year.
