THE MARINA HOUSE, a
Heritage house built in 1931
and located on the waterfront
in Gibsons, B.C. has been
renovated to offer people a
unique and different escape
from the pressures of work-
ing and living in the big city.

Situated on the Sunshine
Coast, five minutes walk
from downtown Gibsons and

only 35 minutes away by
ferry from Horseshoe Bay, it
offers an easily accessible
alternative to the getaway
packages offered elsewhere.

The Marina House will be
the one place that you can
count on for the peace and
relaxation you want. Small,
undemanding, warm and

protocol — a place where you
can unwind — all with the
well appointed air of gone-by
years.

There are comfortable
rooms that look to the sea, a
good library and an easy
relaxed atmosphere. The
maximum number of guests
at any one time is six, except
on special request, to ensure
peace and relaxation.

There is a boat for scuba
diving, a boat for fishing,
and one for rowing about
and exploring. There are
bikes, a canoe, snorkelling
gear and miscellaneous other
paraphernahia.

Your hosts, Evelyn and

Roger Hunting, are offering
Bed and Breakfast or com-
plete packages from one to

meals, beverages, boats, etc.
The evening meal will be
community fare, the whim of
the cook, but guaranteed to

be good.
