“Commercial 4A (C-4A) to provide for marina development in

Snug Cove. The zone permits uses such as restaurant, marine public
house, retaii, four dwelling units on land, marina, and accessory

marina uses as defined in the Bylaw. Conditions cf-use limit the height . &
of buildings, lot coverage, residential use of boats and specifically pro--.

hibits boathouses.

Bylaw No. 76 differs from Bylaw No. 72 by limiting the total floor area
of buildings on the water to 250 square metres and reducing the size
of the marina by moving the southern boundary 25 metres north.
‘Bylaw No. 72 was the subject of a Public Hearing on May 28, 1988
but will now not proceed any further.
