No injuries, Charges: failure to yield the right of way. Approximately $7,000. Michael Nicholson, 31, of North Vancouver, received three months’ probation after he pleaded guilty to possessing marijuana on Dec. 27, 1995 in North Vancouver District. eee Paul Berry, 31, of North Vancouver, received six months’ probation and was fined $150 after he pleaded guilty to breaching probation Jeremy car cras claims 1 A FOUR-YEAR-OLD girl who died on Wednesday in a single-car crash on the Sea to Sky Highway near Britannia Beach was identified as Natasha Volkowy, of Brackendale. Squamish RCMP said the child's mother, Patricia, 40, lost control of her vehicle and ended up in a ditch at the side of the highway. Natasha was taken to Squamish General Hospital, where she died, Natasha’s twin sister, Rebecca, who was also in the car, was taken with her mother to hospital.
