A new restaurant in the building that most recently housed the disappointing Marco Polo Chinese food restaurant, the Ming Court is billing itself as a Chinese Seafood Restaurant, which could be ex- tremely interesting. Try this for starters: Shredded Jelly Fish and Pork Slices ($6.50) or table hopping Fish Maw with Shredded Duck Soup ($5.50); or over in the entree department: Satay Prawns ($8.50) or Squid with Chinese Broccoli ($7.50). Definitely a seafood ring, methinks. But there are aiso tradi- tional chop sueys, chow meins, wor-meins and fu-yongs for those - who like their Chinese food North American sty!e. - Also featured is a Chinese Dim Sum Luncheon: Fresh Har Gar, Siu Mai, Beef Balls and all your favorites. A quick menu scan reveals a host of appetizing and uncommon selections, -. The meat used is commercially roasted sirloin tip, which is very moist and full-flavored.
