stocked upa few weeks ago.

Back to chicken. I try to serve
it a lot both for economy and
nutrition. However, it takes
imagination to keep the family
from groaning. This recipe is quick
to make — keep it in mind for a
day you're rushed off your feet.

Chicken Paprika
3 ibs. chicken parts
2 medium onions,
: finely chopped
3-ribs celery,
finely chopped
3 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons paprika ©
- salt and pepper
vi cup chicken bouiljon
‘ from mix or cube)
1 cup dairy sour cream

Saute the chicken pieces in
butter until golden. Remove from

pan and ‘saute the onions, celery.

and paprika until the vegetables
are limp, stirring frequently.
Pour in’ the bouillon. Return the
chicken’ to the pan and simmer,
covered, until tender, about ”%
hour. /

Place the chicken on a serving
plateer,. Stir the sour cream ‘into
juices; in the pan and heat, stirr-
ing. Don’t boil. Pour the sauce
over the chicken and garnish with

parsiey and a bit more paprika. .
