SENIORS AT Silver Harbour Centre are busy preparing for one of their
major fund-raising events, the Silver Harbour Christmas Bazaar.

The bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 10 to 3 p.m. will feature hand-
crafts, including knitwear, etched plexiglass, copper enamelling, soft
toys, pottery, hand-painted silk scarves, stained glass and Christmas
novelties.

Home baking, books, white elephant items, jewelry and good used
clothing are also being offered. The coffee shop will provide light Iun-
ches, snacks and beverages.

Due to recent changes made by The Insurance Corpora-
tion of B.C. regarding the availability and charge for parking in
their Head Office parkade, Lonsdale Quay Market management
wish to advise their customers and patrons of the following.

Effective Tuesday, November Ist, 1988, two hours of
free customer parking with validation will only be offered in
the Lonsdale Quay Market underground parkade. Entry to
the Lonsdale Quay Market parkade is via Carrie Cates Court only.

The Insurance Corporation of B.C. parkade, accessible via
Rogers Avenue, will be available evenings, weekends and holi-
days at the posted rates, for the use of Lonsdale Quay Market
and Hotel patrons.
