The Low Level Trail Steering
Committee, an offshoot of the
North Vancouver Reereation
Commission, has studied the
proposal and recommended to
the ree commission that such a
trail would be feasible and
worth pursuing.

The rec commission, in turn,
forwarded the proposal to both
North Vancouver councils.

The district approved a
motion to strike up a project
committce comprised of repre-
sentatives from both municipali-
ties and various other stakehald-
ers including B.C. Rail, the
