Break and enter. Entry: through
insecure basement window. Stolen:
100-120 CDs, black nylon sports
bag. Value: $2,000.

September 26
Park Royal North,

Fraud. Sales clerk observed sus-
pect enter store, select a comforter
from shelf, and attempt to return it
for cash. Value: $98.

September 28
200-bik. Rivers Drive.

Assault, Complainant. and) sus-
pect brother and sister. Suspect
intoxicated and had argument with
complainant, pushed complainant
against wall and shook his fist at her.

No injuries. Suspect arrested and
held in custody until sober.
1400-Dik. Clyde Ave.

Break and enter. Attempt: —
wooden door frame pried around
front door locks. No entry gained.
Stolen: nil.

Attempted break and enter. Pry

Assault, Victim sprayed with
mace by suspect during altercation.
Victim does not wish charges.

Theft. Suspect observed by secu-
rity to take shoes from shelf and
place on suspect's child, then left
premise with child without paying
for shoes. Stolen/recovered: shoes.
