We now have a complete process of talent identification camps com- bined with international competitions starting when the players“are 16. At that age players that are exposed to this high level'of interna- tional hockey may choose to remain in this program leading to the Olympic team, plus improving the calibre of players that may someday play for their country.””’.°.
