Nov. 29, 1992 ~ North Shore News SPORTS North Shore contingent bring home medals from Tae Kwon Do tourney THIRTY FIVE students from the North Shore Tae Kwon Do centre attended the American Tae Kwon Do Association district cham- pionships in Lynnwood, Washington on Saturday, Nov. 14. The North Shore contingent — the largest ever to represent the school — won a record-setting 35 urephies in the tournament's four categories; forins, sparring, one- step sparring and board breaking. Competition is divided up accord- ing to age, sex and belt rank.
