face various charges laid against
them.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Oct. 18:

Sean Sprungman was fined $100
after the 18-year-old North Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to fail-
ing to notify the owner of an anat-
vended vehicle in connection with
an Aug. 18 collision at the Cap
Mall parking lot.

Duncan Arthur Mitchell was
fined $200 after the 25-year-old
North Vancouver man pleaded
guilty to assault in connection with
an Aug. 13 incident.

Lawrence Peter Bazil was fined
$100 after the 31-year-old Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to theft
under $1,000 in connection with a
July 15 theft of two pairs of
sunglasses from Shoppers’ Drug
Mart.

Alwin Wesley Boyea was fined
$200 after the 38-year-old Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to
possession of cannabis in connec-
tion with an Oct. 16 drug seizure.

Peter Anton Svensson was fined
$200 after the 19-year-old Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to
possession of cannabis resin in
connection with a Sept. 1 drug

Colin Stanley Fair was fined
$1,000 and received a one year
driver’s licence suspension after
the 19-year-old North Vancouver
man was found guilty of driving
while prohibited in connection
with an April 4 incident.
