Leader to provide supervision and leadership for instruc-
tors and users of the Municipal Pool. Tasks include: par-
ticipating in prograrn development, special events, lesson
supervision, lifeguard training, staff motivation and
general supervision. Added responsibilities invotve per-
forming maintenance functions in and around the pool
filtration and mechanica! maintenance systems. Previous
experience as a lifeguard and instructor is mandatory.

Required Licences and Certificates Include: Red
Cross — Water Safety instructor 1! Certificate, RLSSC
Instructors Certificate, Nationa! Liteguard Service Cer-
tificate, CPR Certificate, Aquatic Emergency Care Cer-
tificate, and a B.C. Pool Operators Certificate.

Rate of Pay: $2,723 to $2,533 per month (under review)
