VW. Van busses will give Expo service WEST VANCOUVER Blue busses will be increasing service to accommodate Expo customers, the municipality’s council heard Monday. Reporting on the 1986/87 An- nual Operating Agreement between the District of West Vancouver and B.C. Transit for Blue Bus ser- vice, director of administrative services Doug Allan said the agreement, which becomes effec- tive April 1, was basically the same as that for 1985/86, but witli: eral additional features.
