of Fisheries has developed a
reliable rule of thumb method
for. esiimating the proper
cooking time of fresh fish.
Measure the fish at its
thickest point allow 10
minutes of cooking time for
every inch of thickness at

Remember, 1 medium lemon

2 to 3 tsps. grated peel. For
