Martin badly needed this movie after flopping with his films The Jerk, Pennies From Heaven and Dead Men Don’t Wear Plaid. ; The ex stand-up comic is definitely back on his feet in All Of Me. Tomlin, the better actor of the two comics, lets Martin be the funny guy by keeping a straight face whenever it’s called for. It couldn’t have been easy. Director Carl Reiner has to be pleased with All Of Me. His message of the hidden feminine side of the male animal is brought across to the audience in a riotously funny manner.
