November was a pretty good
month in North Vancouver.
Sales were up 30% over
October and 64% over last
November. The number of
active listings was down for
the second month in a row
but still up 19% over last
Noveniber. This is basically 2
buyer’s market with a fot of
units for sale, but there are
signs that it may be moving
in a direction that will be bet-
ter for sellers.

_In West Vancouver the
monthly sales figures for
apartments have been pretty
erratic but average selling
price has becn fairly stable
around the $300, 000 level.
The most startling statistic .
for the month of November
was the drop in the number
of active listings down to 73
