The setup allows the transfor- mation of raw video footage into something neatly edited, with music, titles and graphics. Networking is the lifeblood of any enterprise. Slym and fellow manager Phil Dupasquier keep an open door to an exchange of ideas and talent. Said Slym, ‘*We like to have producers come in and see what they can do with the equipment.”’ Added Dupasquier, ‘‘The other thing about having producers come in is that we can use them. We're always looking for pro- ducers and freelancers.’ The company is also establishing a scholarship for stu- dents enrolled in the Capilano College media program.
