Robert William Spence, 22, faces two charges of break and enter with theft following break-ins alleged to have occurred between Dec. 22 and 25, In addition, Spence is charged jointly with Richard Joseph Spence, 18, with one count of possession of stolen property worth over $1,000 in connection with a police seizure of video and stereo equipment, liquor, jewelry and a watch. Appearing before North Vancouver provincial court Judge J.D. Layton, the two were remanded to Feb. 24 to stand trial on the charges.
