Here’s a novel way to
shake them. Mix up a great
mass of cookie dough,
divide it into several lumps,
which are wrapped and
stored, and when you have a
cookie attack you pinch off
bits from one of the tumps

cookies, they're very quick
and very acceptable,

This will yield at least 6
dozen:
3 cups of all-purpose flour
(750mL)
(I used 1 Triticale, 2 a/p)
1 cup of Fry's cocoa
(250mL)
1% tspns. of baking soda
(7,.5mL)

3 cups of sugar (750mL)

3 eggs

1 Tbspn. of vanilla (15mL)
1% cups of chopped nuts
(375mL)

Stir together the flour,
cocoa, soda and salt. Cream
the butter, and gradually
add the sugar, creaming
