It’s the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame and Museum's Annual Banquet of Champions which, this year, will be held on May 18 at 6 p.m. The purpose of the banquet is threefold: to formally induct new members into the Hall of Fame and to enter a deserving team on to the Honor Roll of Outstanding B.C. Teams, to successfully raise funds for the operation of the Hall of Fame (it's their only fund raising activity each year) and to offer guests a fine evening's en- tertainment. Tickets are still available (part of the cost of your ticket is tax deductible) For More information, please call the Hall of Fame at 253-2311, Locals 233 or 238. ‘Chicken Roost’ a real NSWC boost FLYING FEATHERS and keen competition § charac- terized last weekend's “Chicken Roost” at the North Shore Winter club.
