Nega, 38, of Vancouver, was jailed 30 days after he pleaded guilty to trat: ficking marijuana on Oct. 4, 1995, in Vancouver. North Vancouver RCMP drug squad members were involved in Nega’s arrest. Before Judge Doug Moss in North Vancouver provin- cial court on Oct. 29: Janice Bailey, 41, of North Vancouver, received = 12 months’ probation after she pleaded guilty ro: B using a stolen CIBC Visa card between April 17, 1995, and April 22, 1993, in North Vancouver City; BE failing to attend court on Feb. 16; @ possessing a stolen baby seat on Aug. 4 in North Vancouver City. Bailey was required to per: form 35 hours of community work service. She was required to pay restitution $82.87. to Boomers and Echoes, $38.51 to North Shore Taxi, $69 to a person and $45 to Cribs and Carriages.
