Winter in this region attracts
skiers to mountain resorts like
Silver Star, Big White, Apex
Resort, Crystal Mountain and
Mount Baldy.-

And in the springtime, the valley
comes alive with over 200 species
of fauna that bloom in the
Cathedral Provincial Park alone.
