It could be stage fright, a skipped breakfast or just too much excitement. Be sure to in- clude every attendant in your wedding rehearsal. Practice walk- ing down the aisle and the pro- cedures at the altar. Encourage rest and relaxation time for everyone the week bo- fore, including plenty of sleep and exercise. Plan your rehearsal din- ner as an early evening or liold it two nights ahead. Ask your maid of honor to carry smelling salts, aspirin and tissues. ® I’s pouring rain. Or it’s sunny, but the heat threatens to wilt flowers and you. It’s essential to have a back-up location for any- thing planned outdoors. You should be prepared to dress at the church or nearby or delay the ceremony. Put up signs for a detour route to church in case of flooded roads. Use beach um- - brellas to ferry everyone from cars to the church in a downpeur. Borrow small air conditioners and fans to keep the wedding party coo! and make-up intact until the ceremony.
