The course reviews each exercise that will be encountered in aerobics classes and explains the purpose and technique. Participants also learn what to do if they physically can not do an exercise or can not perform a Train your dog DOG OBEDIENCE classes are be- ing offered at the North Shore Neighbourhood House for dogs aged six-months and older. In both beginner and intermedi- “ate classes, owners and dogs will be taught basic commands and safety. Hand signals will be en- couraged instead of using the voice. The dogs it: the beginners class will remain on their leashes, but in the intermediate class they wiil be off the leash.
