brainstorming sessicns to be held on

The District of North Vancouver Council

would like to determine if there is community

interest in small scale Millennium events or
’ legacy projects.

Representatives of merchants’. associations,
community associations, and interested
individuals are invited to discuss ideas and
strategies for Millennium celebrations. Come
to one of our meetings and bring your ideas
-(tree* planting, street festival, sing along,
author reading, book drive, oral history.)

- Based on the response, a report to Council will
- be prepared.

Proposed Amendment

To allow for an increase in the number of classrooms
and to regulate the location of the building on the site.

Purpose

To rezone the subject land from Public Assembly (PA)
to Public Assembly 2 (PA2) and to establish a siting
area.

of the Municipal Act. All persons who believe their
interest in property may be affected by the above
proposal will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in
person and/or by written submission. Written
submissions will be accepted up to the conclusion of
the Public Hearings on Tuesday, April 13, 1999.

Cores of the Bylaw, resolutions, supporting staff
reports and any relevant background material are
available for review from April 1 through April 13,
1999 in the District of North Vancouver's Clerk's
Office or Community Planning Division at the
Municipal Hall. The Municipal Hall is located at 355
West Queens Road and is open Monday through
Friday, except Statutory Holidays, between the hours .
of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m..
