LOWER LEVEL ROAD BIKEWAY |

“Improvements are planned to make Lower Level Road a safer bicycle route. Lower Level Road is
"already one of the highest used commuter cyclist routes in Nerth Vencovver. It provides a relatively flat

and direct: route between Lonsdale Quay and the Second Narrows/Seymour River area. However, the
. present. one vehicle lane in each dizection does not comfortably accommodate both vehicles and bicy-
cliats. The heavy truck volumes on this road further challenge the cyclist.
