Stephen Leonard Edwards, 26. of North Vancouver, was jailed I4 days, fined $300 and had his driver's licence suspended for 12 months after he was found guilty of driving while prohibited on Royal Avenue on Oct. 5, 1995 in West Vancouver. The jail sentence was rec- ommended served by elec- tronic monitoring.
