NORTH VANCOUVER SCHOOL BOARD 23 candidates vie for board positions NORTH VANCOUVER District 44 School Board (NVSB), like other boards around the Lower Mainland, - has been hit hard by cutbacks in provincial government funding. Yet Rev. Roy Dungey, one of three incumbents running for election for North Vancouver-City school board seats, is heavily involved in help- ing disadvantaged people in the community. He kas missed a few meet- ings because of this, but it’s outweighed by-his valuable community con- nections, his insight and his experience.
