Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sourcream
and milk together; set aside. In a food a
processor or by hand, coarsely chop |
tomatoes, garlic, and Cilantro. In a §J
fry pan, heat oil; sauté onion and g
chilies until onion is transparent.
Combine this mixture with tomato i
mixture; set aside. Warm tortillas for ,
a few seconds in the microwave, Spread
