Ridge and Cobble Hill, B.C. Sur-
vived by her loving family, son
Brent and his wife Mary of Prince

Arm; two grandchildren,
Shannon and David Grat. Prede-
ceased by her husband Eric in
1985. Born in Heward, Saskat-
chewan, November 18th, 1907.
Married to Eric in 1940 and sett

from 1957-1966. After retirement
she and Eric travelled extensively
throughout the world before
setuming to buiki a home at
Cobbdie Hill in 1973. After further
travels they finally settied In
Maple Ridge in 1979. in 19685,
Ruth moved to North Vancouvor
until dechining heaith
necessitated her final move to
Salmon Arm to be with her
daughter Pat. Ruth belonged to
writers’ groups
Maple Ridge. Published in
various community newspapers,
The Senior Review and Prime
Areas. in 1981 she published
